My Requirements
Our child is turning 3 in May. We are looking for a childminder for 3–4 hours per week (one afternoon session).
We would like support with:
• Speech and language development — encouraging clear communication through talking, reading, and interactive play.
• Potty training — she is able to use the potty when prompted but does not yet consistently ask on her own, so gentle encouragement and routine reminders would be helpful.
She is generally happy and enjoys play-based activities. We would appreciate a caring and patient approach to help build her confidence and independence.
