I have hands-on childcare experience through my role in a nursery, where I care for young children in a structured and fast-paced environment. I have worked closely with twins, developing strong skills in managing multiple children, maintaining routines, and staying organised under pressure.

I also have experience supporting a child with cerebral palsy, which has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and understanding of individual needs. In addition, I previously worked in a care home supporting adults with learning disabilities, where I developed key skills in communication, empathy, and providing person-centred support. I apply these skills to childcare by adapting to each child’s individual needs and ensuring they feel supported and understood.

My role includes supporting daily routines, planning engaging activities, and promoting children’s development in a safe and nurturing environment. I have built strong relationships with both children and parents, ensuring clear communication and trust.

My Qualifications

I hold a paediatric first aid qualification, enabling me to respond appropriately to medical emergencies involving infants and children, including administering basic first aid, managing minor injuries, and acting calmly in urgent situations.

I hold a TEFL qualification, which has equipped me with the skills to teach English in an engaging and structured way, supporting language development through interactive activities, communication, and play.

My Availability

Monday to Friday. Happy to do occasional weekends if needed from as early as 7am until 6pm.
