About Me
We are a warm, friendly family of four with two lovely daughters aged 3½ years and 9 months. Our eldest attends nursery in Altrincham three days a week, while I am currently on maternity leave caring for our youngest.
We are looking for a kind, experienced and reliable nanny to become part of our family. Initially, we would love our younger daughter to build a trusting relationship with her before I return to work, allowing for a smooth and gradual transition. We hope to find someone caring, engaging and proactive who genuinely enjoys supporting children’s development and creating a fun, nurturing environment where they can thrive.
My Requirements
We are looking for a nanny who is warm, dependable and experienced with babies and young children. Initially, the role will focus mainly on caring for our 9-month-old while I am on maternity leave, with occasional care for our 3½-year-old outside of nursery hours. As I return to work, the role will gradually become more involved with both children.
We’d love someone who enjoys planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging learning through play, preparing simple healthy meals for the children, and helping to keep their areas tidy. A confident driver would be an advantage but isn’t essential. Above all, we’re looking for someone who will become a trusted and valued part of our family for the long term.
