About Me
I am a full-time Specialty Doctor working in psychiatry. My usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. I may have on-call commitments in the future depending on career progression, so some flexibility in childcare arrangements would be helpful.
My Requirements
We have an infant and require childcare due to both parents working in healthcare roles. My partner works as a patient care navigator with a rota that includes long shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm, including some weekends.
We are looking for childcare primarily near the University Hospital of Wales (Heath area), ideally starting around 7:30am and covering until approximately 6:00pm, with additional support for pickup and care until 7:00pm on some days due to shift patterns.
Our childcare needs may vary slightly week to week depending on rota schedules. We are open to a combination of nursery and childminder arrangements to ensure full coverage.
