My Experience

I am an experience proffesional who has worked with young people across all age groups, from delivering mindset and mindfulness sessions with schools across the Midlands, including TES school of the year, to designing a national programme with The King's Trust delivered to hundreds of young people.

I have worked with schools for over 10 years, from primary through to lecturing older students in Business Studies and delivering workshops at Universities. My academic qualifications include a degree in Media and Communications and Master's in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing. This past year, I have trained with The University of Reading in a Level 7 qualification in Children's and Young People's Mental Health and Wellbeing, which is an NHS-funded course including 100+ clinic hours.

I am currently available for a week over Easter whilst waiting to begin a new contract.
