My Requirements

I have two boys, aged 9 and 11. As the boys are school age, I need more support in school holidays, less in term time, but am willing to pay a monthly salary based on the average hours (likely 35 per week). Ideally, we would need the following:

Term time:
?Mondays: school pick up and return home, look after children and feed them until I take over around 6:30.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: I will be working in London on these days. I will need someone from 6:30/7ish to give the boys their breakfast, get them ready for school and take them to school for an 8:30 start. On one of those days I will be in London until late, probably arriving home around 8:30pm. On the other days, I will probably be at home by 4 or 5, but working until 6 or 6:30 so I would need school pick up and tea until I take over.
?Fridays: I will probably be able to manage Fridays without help.

?If possible, we would like the person to also walk the dogs on the days they work (2 dogs - labrador and spaniel).

School Holidays:
?Mondays: 10:30 until 5:30.
?Tuesdays: 6:30/7 until 8/8:30 pm
?Wednesdays 8 until 6/6:30
?Thursdays 10:30 until 6/6:30
[It may be that the late night is on a Weds or Thurs, rather than a Tuesday]
Fridays: 10:30 until 4.
