About Me

Hello there!
My name is Georgia, I am 25 years old and currently living in Chorlton, Manchester.
I am a caring, creative, and reliable childcare professional with hands-on experience working in both nursery and after-school club settings. In these roles, I planned and led age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development, supervised play in a safe and nurturing environment, and assisted with daily routines including mealtimes, transitions, and structured activities. I am confident supporting children of varying ages and adapting my approach to suit individual needs.
Alongside my professional experience, I have volunteered as an assistant with Brownies and supported children’s musical theatre classes, helping to build confidence, creativity, and social skills. I also hold a First-Class Honours degree in Acting, which strongly informs my approach to childcare. I enjoy creating imaginative, engaging activities that encourage self-expression and communication. I also contributed to the development of a child-friendly adaptation of Pericles, designed for children aged 3+, which was performed at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield and the Prague Fringe Festival.
Currently, I work front of house in a busy hospitality environment, where I have developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
I hold a full UK driving licence with a clean driving record and am confident driving children safely to school, activities, and appointments. I am also happy to provide references and update my DBS check in line with the requirements of the role.
