About Me
I am a compassionate and calm childcare practitioner, who does the most to provide a safe and stimulating environment for every child I work with. I'm highly passionate about supporting child development through play-based learning and reading. I believe that play is a powerful tool for fostering creativity, curiosity and social skills. I strive in my work to foster a nurturing environment where children feel encouraged to explore and grow.
My Experience
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Children Studies. In addition to this, I have experience as both a nanny and within a daycare setting. My academic background provided me with strong foundational knowledge on child development and age-appropriate care practices. Through working in a nursery setting in Berlin, learning from both the children and my fellow colleagues, I consolidated my skills and further expanded upon my pedagogical knowledge. After a short period working in the nursery, I was asked by some parents to provide afternoon care for their children. After doing this for a year, I then obtained a contracted role with a nanny agency in Berlin in the afternoons.
I have three recent childcare references, an up-to-date first aid certificate and I am DBS checked.
My Qualifications
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Children's Studies, from the University of Galway, Ireland.
My Availability
I am available from Monday to Friday, happy to work within the hours of 7AM and 8PM. If I acquire a fulltime role, I am happy to offer some flexibility on this, and I'm open to occasional weekend work and travelling.
Whilst looking for a more permanent role, I am very open to temporary babysitting roles. So if my profile is of interest to you, please reach out!

- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
