I have experience caring for children from 9 months to 13 years through my previous volunteering at my local church. During this time, I supported a range of activities including Bible studies, small group leadership, and structured after-church programmes. This experience strengthened my ability to manage different age groups, understand individual developmental needs, and create engaging, age-appropriate activities within a well-organised setting.
I currently attend Kingsgate and value being part of a community that promotes growth, strong values, and continuous learning. This mindset carries into my childminding approach, where I focus on both emotional wellbeing and positive development.
I provide a calm, consistent, and well-managed environment with clear routines and expectations, helping children feel settled and secure. I am reliable, organised, and attentive to each child’s individual needs, ensuring they are supported while also encouraged to build independence and confidence.
I work in partnership with parents to maintain open communication and consistency, so every child benefits from a stable and supportive experience both at home and in my care.
My Qualifications
I hold a qualification in Health and Social Care, I have my up- to- date SEND training certification, and plan to begin my Level 3 childcare qualification this year to continue developing my knowledge and skills in supporting children.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
Hourly Rate Structure
* 0–12 months: £7.00 per hour
* 1–2 years: £6.50 per hour
* 3–4 years: £6.00 per hour
* 5 years and above: £5.50 per hour

* Rates are based on the child’s age at the time of care.
* Funded childcare hours can be discussed where applicable.
* Additional charges may apply for late collections, outings, meals, or extra hours.
* Discounts may be available for siblings or full-week bookings.

My toddler started with Rose a few months ago, and I must say that I have been more than impressed by her level of professionalism and how much she has paid attention to caring for my child.
My toddler has grown so much in confidence and learning since she started so far. I love that Rose has tailored my toddler’s learning towards her interests while encouraging other aspects of her growth and development. I especially love that the Christian values that we instil at home is carried on through out the day with my toddler.
Rose is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better childminder. Looking forward to my baby starting with her once I’m back to work!!

Rosemary has been childminding for me since my babies were born and all I can say is that I have had zero regrets keeping my children under her care.
Rosemary is thorough yet soft, firm yet kind, flexible, yet intentional. She has prior experience with children and she brings all the knowledge she has into ensuring that the children placed under her care thrive.
She’s also a woman of strong faith, and I find that my heart is at peace leaving my children with her, because I know she has their best interests at heart. She speaks to them kindly, treats them kindly and she has feedback to give that could also help me do more at home.
Rosemary also keeps things professional. She ensures that she tends to the children’s safeguarding needs and ensures that the children are protected at all times. Her facilities are safe, and her methods of helping the children learn are transformative, structured and methodical. I have watched my babies thrive with her and they have become very fond of her as well.
The best part of working with Rosemary is knowing that with her, my children are safe and in the best of hands. I recommend her with all my heart and I can assure you that your children are safe with her.

From the very beginning, she has been an incredible childminder for my twin boys. As a parent, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they are in such caring and capable hands.
She is attentive, patient, and genuinely cares for their wellbeing. She ensures they are well-fed, changed when needed, and cared for with so much love and kindness. Beyond meeting their daily needs, I’ve been impressed by how much they’ve learned while spending time with her. They’ve picked up their ABCs, learned to say “please” and “thank you,” and continue to develop good habits and manners under her care.
One thing I particularly appreciate is her faith and the values she lives by. It shines through in the way she treats my children with compassion, integrity, and genuine love.
She is also very reliable and follows instructions carefully. Whenever I provide a timetable or routine for the boys, she sticks to it, which has been incredibly reassuring.
Perhaps the biggest testament to the wonderful relationship she’s built with them is how much they adore her. They are always excited to see her, and when it’s time for her to leave, they often become upset because they enjoy being with her so much. Seeing how comfortable, happy, and secure they feel around her speaks volumes about the care she provides.
I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and genuinely loving childminder. She has been a true blessing to our family, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she has done for our boys.
