About Me
I am a soon to be 19 year old girl starting Edinburgh University in September for Chemical Engineering. I consider myself a very academically inclined, sociable and reliable person who has always had an interest in working with kids.
I am family oriented, I have very a close relationship with my parents, grandparents and my sister who is 8 years younger than me. I was raised in Colombia and moved to Scotland when I was nine, therefore I am bilingual and willing to speak either Spanish or English at work if required.
I am an active person and I like to go to the gym as much as I can. When I’m unable to I try keep as active as I can in other ways.
My Experience
I have worked since I was 15 in both hospitality and childcare. For the last two years, I have worked at an after-school club in Banchory looking after kids from the ages of 4-12, 3 days a week. Occasionally picking up breakfast-club shifts and more afternoons.
As part of my role I have taken part in holiday clubs where I have overseen activities and looked after kids of the same age range for up to nine hours. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in keeping children safe, engaged, and supported. I am confident in caring for children under 4 as well.
My first job was at an ice cream shop so I would say I have worked around kids for my whole working life. This job taught me a lot about responsibility and commitment.

My Availability
I am available October onwards as it is when I move to Edinburgh. Mainly, I’m available in the evenings and weekends but will be able to do other times depending on lectures and tutorial times.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
My standard rate is £15 per hour. This may vary depending on the number of children, their ages, and the hours required. I am happy to discuss rates for regular bookings.
