I worked in childcare for 5 years where I worked my way up from apprentice to a fully qualified Early Years Practitioner. I then progressed to Baby Room Leader, and then to Deputy Manager of the nursery. I was also a Designated Safeguarding Lead, I have a full DBS, I am Paediatric First Aid Trained, and have an Udeskole Outdoor Learning qualification.
