About Me

My name is Maureen, and I’ve always been drawn to working with children because of my patient and compassionate nature. I love incorporating my hobbies of singing and dancing into my work I've found it’s a brilliant way to keep children occupied and active while building their confidence. My Experience

With over three years of professional experience in high-stakes residential settings, I have developed a broad and adaptable skill set. In my previous role at a mother and baby unit, I provided essential care for newborns and toddlers, often from just one day old. I also gained significant experience working with young people aged 16–19, helping them navigate the transition to adulthood with compassion and patience. I am fully cleared with both Child and Adult PVG memberships. Beyond my professional roles, being a regular support for my younger siblings has given me a natural, intuitive approach to working with children of all ages.
