About Me
We are a young family based in Dagenham, East London (RM9). We have a 2-year-old son who is our absolute priority. We have a large family home with a dedicated upstairs play area and garden — a warm, stimulating environment for young children. We are in the process of setting up a registered home childminding setting and are looking for an experienced, qualified childcare professional to join us from the ground up — initially on a private basis, growing into a formal assistant role within our registered setting.
My Requirements
We are looking for a qualified nanny/early years practitioner for our 2-year-old son, initially on a private one-to-one basis while we complete our Ofsted childminding registration. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 childcare qualification, nursery or early years experience, and a genuine passion for child development. Montessori experience is a strong bonus. This is not a standard nanny role — we are building something together, and the right person will have the opportunity to help shape the setting, routines and environment from day one, with a clear path into a long-term assistant position as the setting grows.
