About Me
Hello! I'm a dedicated OFSTED registered Childminder based in Weston-super-Mare with 20 years experience in the childcare industry, in both Nursery and Childminder settings.
My home is always filled with laughter, messy craft sessions and exploring the outdoors. I believe childhood should be a magical time of discovery, whether we're exploring the local parks or curled up for a quiet story time.
My goal is to provide a safe, cozy 'second home' where your little ones feel completely loved, heard and encouraged to be their wonderful selves.
I have had 3 children of my own, 2 of which are starting university this year and one pre school child. Also have a dog who has been in my care since birth and bought up in the childcare setting.
I focus my childcare in a child-led environment with a focus on creativity and the outdoor world. Regularly attend various toddler groups, including forest school. Am also a member of local farms and National Trust, where we do regular visits.
My Experience
Qualified in childcare in 2005. Worked in a Preschool and Nursery for 9 years, then became a Childminding assistant for the next 11 years at which point I started as a Childminder in my own right. During this time have cared for a variety of children, from a variety of backgrounds with a variety of needs.

My Availability
Monday - Friday, flexible starting times, flexible finish times, however end by 6pm, can provide the occasional time outside these hours for regular parents if there are emergency care requirements. Do not work Bank Holidays, unless again regular parents have emergency care requirements. CURRENT AVAILABILITY FROM SEP 2026 - 1 X FULL TIME SPACE
