Part Time Nanny Job In Cranbrook
About Me
We’re a friendly, busy family with two young children (girls, 5 and 3 years old). We both work, so we’re looking for someone who can help keep things running smoothly in the afternoons and bring a calm, positive presence for the children at the end of the day.
We also have a friendly (and energetic!) dog who is nearly 2 years old, so being comfortable around dogs is important.
We will aim to create a straightforward, supportive working environment where expectations are clear and communication is easy.
My Requirements
We’re looking for a warm, proactive and reliable nanny–housekeeper to support our family three afternoons per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday).
Hours: approx. 1.30pm–6.30pm
The role is a hybrid of household support and childcare, including:
- Light household duties before school pick-up (tidying, laundry, changing beds, hoovering, cleaning bathrooms, and some meal prep)
- School and nursery pick-ups (from 3.15pm onwards)
- Preparing and feeding children’s supper
- Bath time and early evening routine
We also have a friendly dog — being comfortable around dogs is essential (feeding required; walking a bonus but not essential).
