About Me
We are a family of four based in Primrose Hill, with our daughter Ella (almost six) and our youngest, James, who is 11 months old. My husband is a lawyer and I manage an apartment hotel, and with both of us working full time, we are now looking for the right person to care for James Monday to Friday during the day.
We both work from home, though we have meetings throughout the day, so we are looking for someone who can take full care of James during working hours and give him the attention he deserves.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is Ofsted registered so we can make use of the government funding, though we are very happy to top this up to reflect the right hourly rate for the right person.
We are a warm and down to earth family and would love to find someone kind, reliable and genuinely caring, who will enjoy spending time with James and becoming part of our daily routine. If this sounds like a good fit, we would be delighted to hear from you.
My Requirements
As James is still so little, finding the right environment for him is incredibly important to us. We are hoping to find a caring, experienced childminder or Nanny, who offers a calm, nurturing setting with a small group of children. For us, it really matters that James receives the kind of attention, warmth and closeness that he is used to at home.
We would love someone who provides a gentle, “home away from home” atmosphere, where each child is truly seen and cared for as an individual. A strong sense of routine, affection and attentiveness is key, and we value open, easy communication as part of that relationship.
