About Me
Hello, my name is Alena. I am a mum to two children—a 15-month-old boy and a 5-year-old daughter who is currently in school and attends after-school clubs. Me and my husband both work from home majority of the time with occasional travel to London.
My Requirements
We are currently looking for a caring, nurturing childminder/ nanny in Eastbourne for our younger son.
We are ideally looking for a home-from-home environment with a small number of children, where there is plenty of outdoor time and a calm, attentive approach to childcare. My son is very curious, active, and happiest when he is outside exploring, so this is something that is very important to us. We also have a big beautiful home so having someone looking after him from our home will also work very well!
We have previously tried a larger nursery setting, but found that it didn’t suit him well, so we are now looking for a more personal and supportive environment where he can feel secure and thrive.
We would be looking to use funded hours (30 hours if applicable), and are flexible with days depending on availability.
We are a friendly and respectful family, and I’m really keen to find the right match where there is good communication and a positive relationship.
