About Me
I’m a working mum based in West London with an 8-month-old son. I work from home in a professional role and am looking for some additional support during the day so I can balance work and being present for him.
I need someone I can trust to take the lead with childcare while I focus on work. We’re a calm, clean and friendly household, and I’m looking for someone who will fit naturally into that environment.
My son is happy, curious and full of personality. He enjoys interaction, playtime and being out for walks. His routine is still developing, so I’m looking for someone who is flexible, attentive and confident with babies at this stage.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone reliable, warm and proactive who genuinely enjoys working with young children.
My Requirements
I am looking for in-home childcare while I work from home.
Key requirements:
Care for my 8-month-old son during working hours
Engage him in age-appropriate play and development activities
Support with feeding (bottles/solids) and naps
Take him out for walks where appropriate
Maintain a clean and tidy environment related to the baby (toys, bottles, etc.)

Likely weekdays (exact days/hours can be discussed)
Open to part-time initially, with potential to increase

I will be at home most of the time, but need someone confident working independently
Experience with babies under 1 year is essential
