Position: Part-Time Nanny (4 Days/Week) Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays off) Location: Leamington Spa
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and dependable nanny to provide childcare for our son in our home. This is a 36-hour-per-week position. We are looking for a professional who understands the importance of developmental milestones and structured days.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Routine Adherence: The most critical part of this role is maintaining our son’s existing daily schedule. This includes morning activities, prompt nap times, and healthy meal intervals.
Active Engagement: Facilitating age-appropriate play, reading, and outdoor time.
Reliability: As both parents work, we require someone who is punctual for the 7:30 AM start.
Communication: Providing brief updates throughout the day. Mom works close by and will be home by 4:30 PM to take over.
The Ideal Candidate: The perfect fit for our family is someone who is organized, follows instructions well, and has previous experience with infants 7 months +.
