My Experience

I am currently a third-year university student studying Childhood and Youth Studies, where I have developed a strong understanding of child development, behaviour, and wellbeing. Alongside my studies, I have gained practical experience working in a youth club, supporting children and young people in a safe, engaging environment. I also have previous babysitting experience, including caring for children with ADHD, which has helped me build patience, adaptability, and effective communication skills. I am confident in creating a fun, nurturing, and structured environment where children feel comfortable and supported.

My Qualifications

I hold a recognised babysitting course qualification, which has equipped me with essential skills in child safety, care, and emergency awareness. I am also trained in first aid, allowing me to respond calmly and effectively in case of any minor injuries or emergencies. As a third-year university student studying Childhood and Youth Studies, I have a strong academic foundation in child development and wellbeing. In addition, I have an up-to-date DBS check, providing reassurance that I am a trustworthy and responsible caregiver. These qualifications, combined with my practical experience, enable me to deliver safe, informed, and high-quality care.
