About Me

I’m an experienced maths tutor with over five years of teaching both 1:1 and group classes. Alongside tutoring, I’m a degree apprentice working for a large multi?disciplinary construction consultancy, helping deliver some of the biggest construction projects in the world. I left sixth form in 2024 and went straight into the corporate world, driven to build a strong professional path for myself. My own experience as a student taught me that sometimes all a young person needs is someone who genuinely believes in them and helps them see what they’re capable of.


My teaching style is structured, clear, and focused on genuine understanding. I always start by making sure the student fully grasps the core concept before moving on to real exam?style questions where they can apply what they’ve learned. I identify any gaps in their knowledge and make sure those gaps are closed before progressing to new topics. I break complex ideas into simple, manageable steps and use regular questioning and guided practice to reinforce understanding. My goal is to build confidence, independence, and belief—because once a student feels supported and capable, their progress accelerates naturally.
