My Experience

I have built meaningful relationships with children and families through strong communication skills, delivering one-to-one support and planning activities tailored to each child’s abilities. I place particular emphasis on building confidence by focusing on children’s strengths and encouraging independence, as this is key to enabling access to learning.These experiences have reinforced the importance of patience, emotional support and consistency, particularly when managing challenging situations and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Alongside this, my background in hospitality has strengthened my teamwork, organisational, and communication skills, as well as my ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. These skills are highly transferable to Nanny role, where collaboration, resilience and consistency are essential.
