We’re looking for someone kind, reliable, and genuinely interested in supporting a child with additional needs to become part of our small, supportive family.

I am looking for a caring and dependable support worker/nanny to help care for my daughter, who has complex additional needs.

The role involves:
• Providing support in the home and occasionally in the community
• Supporting with play, sensory activities, and engagement
• Assisting with personal care (training can be provided)
• Following routines and supporting a calm, safe environment
• Being confident, patient, and responsive to her needs

Experience with SEND, PMLD, or complex needs is preferred but not essential the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

Hours & Pay:
• £13.50 per hour
• 4 hours per week during term time
• 20 hours per week during school holidays (flexible days/times to be agreed)

This role would suit someone compassionate, calm, and reliable, who understands that every child communicates and experiences the world differently.
