I’m Lucy Roy, a third-year law student from Stirling currently studying in Canada on a semester abroad. I love staying active and social—I run regularly, play tennis, and I’m part of my university lacrosse team. My Experience
I have extensive experience working with children aged 4–14. I spent 3 months as a camp counsellor at a summer camp in California, supporting a wide range of children, including those with autism and behavioural needs. This role helped me develop patience, adaptability, and a calm, caring approach in all situations.
I’ve also volunteered in elderly day centres, where I supported individuals and helped with daily activities and meal service, building strong communication and responsibility skills. Alongside this, I work as a waitress at Caulders Garden Centre, where I’ve developed a professional, friendly manner and strong work ethic.
I’m very sporty, having learned to ski and played rugby at a national level, and I love creating a fun, active, and safe environment for children. I’m reliable, warm, and confident caring for children with a variety of needs, making me well-suited to a baby sitting role.
My Qualifications
I have a valid police check and strong experience working with children.
