My Requirements

Areas of Support & Schedule:

From August - September 2026, we are looking for a night nanny to support us with the newborn 2 nights a week for 8 weeks.

September 2026 – January 2027 Proposed hours: M- F 11:00am – 8:00pm
- Supporting mum during the early newborn months
- One-to-one care for the newborn
- Helping establish early routines and calm transitions
-Light household tasks related to the children only (e.g. baby laundry, tidying play spaces, bottle prep). We will have a cleaner who supports the household on a weekly basis.

February 2027 – September 2027 Proposed hours: M- F 9:00am – 8:00pm
- Full one-to-one care for the baby while mum returns to work
- School pick-ups and evening routine support for Emmett (age 3, likely attending St. Michael’s)
- Coordinating care for both children during late afternoons and evenings
- Supporting a smooth, connected family rhythm at the end of the day

September 2027 onward Proposed hours: M -F 2:00pm – 8:00pm
- Baby expected to attend nursery
- School and nursery pick-ups [local and within walking distance] – this will also be a partnership with mum based on her work commitments
- Family dinner preparation – quick easy meals under 30-45 minute preparation
- Evening routines, wind-down time, and bedtime support

We believe in clear expectations, advance planning, and proactive communication to ensure a positive and supportive working relationship on both sides.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience
- Strong experience with newborns and toddlers
- Ability to provide at least two references from previous nanny roles
- Calm, reliable, and confident supporting a busy household
- Warm, proactive, and collaborative in approach
- Not required but preferred: UK Drivers License
