About Me
Hi, I’m a mum of two young girls aged 4 and 6, both of whom attend school full-time. We live in Tidbury Green, Solihull. I’m currently in my final year of university studying Adult Nursing, so my schedule can be quite busy at times.
I’m looking for some part-time childcare support now and then, with the potential for more regular hours from January 2027 as my workload increases.
My husband works away during the week and is home on weekends, so I mainly manage the weekday routine. We also have my sister-in-law living with us part-time while she studies at university, along with her 3-year-old child.
We’re a friendly, busy household and would love to find someone reliable, caring, and flexible who can fit in with our family life.

I am currently looking for short-term childcare support, initially for one day per week (likely a Wednesday), with the potential to increase days from January, although these are not confirmed yet.
The role would involve early morning support from 06:15, including helping to wake the children, get them dressed, provide breakfast, and take them to school for an 08:50 start.
In the afternoon, the role would include school pick-up at 15:30 and care until approximately 19:30–20:00, depending on my shift. This would involve preparing dinner, assisting with homework where needed, and supporting bedtime routines if required.
There may also be some flexibility depending on availability, as I could consider using breakfast and after-school clubs (from 07:30 and until approximately 16:30–18:00) to reduce hours if needed.
Please note: I use the Tax-Free Childcare scheme, so the childcare provider must be registered with Ofsted or an approved childcare agency.
Overall, I am looking for someone reliable, flexible, and comfortable supporting a busy family routine.
