Looking for a warm, attentive caregiver with infant experience and valid CPR/first aid certification. Must be comfortable with safe sleep practices, following our feeding and sleep schedule, and providing regular daily updates.
Key qualities I’m looking for: responsive and nurturing care, tummy time and age-appropriate stimulation (talking, singing, sensory play), and a clean safe environment. No screen time. A low infant ratio is essential.
Most importantly, I’m looking for someone reliable and consistent who will engage with my daughter with genuine warmth — building trust and supporting her early development every day.
