I’m Emily. I am a 23 year old first time mum to my wonderful daughter Lana-Belle who is 10 months old. I returned to work a month ago with Lana under the care of my partner’s (her dad Jake) grandma due to the fact that I work in a busy transport office doing 12 hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern and Jake works as a truck driver on nights. We are now looking for more a more permanent care setup for our daughter preferably a more intimate setting with a child minder before enrolling her in nursery.
My Requirements
As mentioned due to the fact I work in a 4 on 4 off pattern whilst I do get 4 days off I can work any day off the week depending on how my 4 on has fallen including weekends and I am unavailable from 5am until 7pm due to my work commitments however my partner starts work around 11pm- 2am and usually finishes latest 8am so is able to take my daughter to whatever childcare arranged upon his return from work, he doesn’t work Friday or Saturday nights so can care for our daughter on these days so at most we are looking for Monday- Thursday for a full day probably until about 5:30 or 6pm
