My Experience

I have over 4 years of experience working with children with special needs, including autism, learning disabilities, hearing impairment (using basic sign language), and visual impairment. I am skilled in providing personalised support, maintaining routines, and communicating effectively based on each child’s needs.
In addition, I am a parent of two children (aged 6 and 2), which has given me practical, real-life childcare experience, including feeding, hygiene, behaviour management, and early development support.

My Qualifications

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Banking from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet (SUST), and an MSc in International Business with Advanced Practice in the UK.
In addition, I have completed Safeguarding Children training, a Diploma in Caregiving, First Aid training, and Fire Safety training.
I also have hands-on experience supporting children with special needs, including autism, learning disabilities, hearing impairment (using basic sign language), and visual impairment. These qualifications and experiences enable me to provide safe, responsible, and high-quality childcare.

My Availability

I am flexible and available on weekdays and weekends, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I can adjust based on family needs.
