About Me
Hello, I’m an experienced childcare professional, qualified secondary school teacher and mum of three with over 10 years’ experience working with children and young people. I am caring, dependable and passionate about helping children feel safe, supported and confident.
Alongside raising my own family, I have worked extensively with children of all ages through education, mentoring, clubs, STEM activities and pastoral support. I understand how important it is for parents to find someone trustworthy, patient and engaging who will care for their children as if they were their own.
I hold Paediatric First Aid training and have completed EYFS training, giving me a strong understanding of supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. I enjoy helping children progress through play-based learning, creative activities and positive encouragement tailored to their individual needs and interests.
I enjoy organising fun and educational activities including crafts, science experiments, baking, reading, outdoor play and day trips out to parks, farms, libraries and local attractions. I am organised, calm under pressure and committed to providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive, learn and have fun.
I also hold regular safeguarding training and pride myself on building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.

My Availability
Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 6:00pm term time only. Happy to discuss extra hours if needed.
Wrap around care for school aged children at Birchwood Grove Primary, Burgess Hill.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
£7 per hour
