I’m a mum returning to part-time work, so we’re looking for someone who can support us mainly during working hours, especially early mornings on certain days. My partner also works, so we’re hoping to find someone dependable who can become a consistent and trusted part of our routine.
Our little girl is 6 months old. She’s generally happy, playful, and loves interaction, but like most babies, she can get a bit unsettled when tired or teething—so patience and a calm approach are really important to us.
We’re looking for someone who is experienced with babies, nurturing, and confident with routines like feeding, naps, and playtime. It would be great to find someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with children and helping them develop.
We’re a relaxed but respectful household and want someone who feels comfortable with us long-term. Communication and trust are really important to us.

My Requirements
We are looking for a nanny to care for our baby girl during my part-time working hours.
The main requirement is support during early morning shifts, starting from approximately 4:00–6:30am, as well as some daytime hours depending on our rota. Flexibility would be ideal, but we will aim to provide a consistent schedule where possible.
Duties will include:
• Morning care (getting her up, feeding, changing, and settling into the day)
• Preparing and giving bottles/feeds
• Supporting naps and following her routine
• Engaging in age-appropriate play and development activities
• General baby-related care (e.g. changing nappies, keeping her space tidy)
We are looking for someone experienced with infants, who is patient, calm, and confident handling feeding, soothing, and sleep routines. Our baby can sometimes become unsettled when overtired or teething, so a gentle and reassuring approach is important.
It would be a bonus (but not essential) if the nanny is able to help with light baby-related tasks such as washing bottles or tidying play areas.
Reliability and punctuality are very important to us, especially due to the early start times.
