My Summary

My Experience

My childcare experience includes working as a nanny for twins under the age of two, as well as caring for children ranging from babies and toddlers to teenagers. I have supported children with additional needs and understand the importance of adapting care to meet each child’s individual personality and requirements.

In addition to nannying, I have nursery experience and volunteered at a local primary school, giving me valuable insight into children’s development, learning and daily routines. My current role within local government has strengthened my organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, all of which are highly beneficial when caring for children and supporting busy families.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and a Certificate of Higher Education in Children and Families from The Open University. These qualifications have given me a strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, family support and children’s emotional wellbeing.

I have previously held an enhanced DBS check and completed paediatric first aid training.

I also have a drivers license.

My Availability

I currently work a 9 day fortnight at my full time role, though I am open to full time opportunities.
