About Me

I am mum to 3 adult children and have lived in Northamptonshire since I was born. Where I currently live on Stanton Cross is an ideal spot for access to lots of activities and outings. Within a few mins walk we have access to the main park along with smaller parks dotted around the estate. I have a fully enclosed garden with plenty of resources available and am an outdoorsy person whatever the weather! My daughter [21] lives at home still and although she doesn’t work with me, she has a level 3 childcare qualification too. I have a poochon dog who is 4 years old and although nervous of adults, he loves being with children.

My Experience

I have over 30 years experience working with children from day nursery, school, previous childminding and fostering. I am NNEB qualified, paediatric first aid, therapeutic parenting experience along with lots more experience over the years. I have cared for babies from as young as 3 days old within my fostering role all the way through to teenagers.
