Wonderful addition to our family

Esra has been watching our son since he was 20 months old, he’s now 25 months. They formed an instant connection and bond that I hadn’t seen with other carers we’ve had in our home. He gets very excited when we tell him that Esra is coming over and he asks about her frequently between visits.
She introduces new ways to play and creative projects that I wouldn’t think of. She teaches our son new things all the time. She also gets him to eat very well and puts together thoughtful plates for his meals.
Esra is very observant and gives great notes before she leaves each time. She’s pleasant, always on time, good natured and genuinely loves being with children.
