My wife, Pamela, works long, irregular shifts as a paramedic, which is often very intense and I am currently retraining as an airline pilot.
My training means that I will need to relocate to Arizona for six months from August after which, I will continue to work shifts and travel regularly.
My Requirements
We are searching for a reliable nanny who can help with childcare around our schedules. This would mostly involve help with mornings and school runs as well as pick up and after school, through to bed time.
While her schedule varies week to week, on early shifts, Pamela may have to leave the house at 0430 and gets home by 1630 and on some late shifts, she might not get home until 0100. She also often works weekends. She works occasional night shifts too, but we plan to manage this with family support.
