About Me
We are a warm, busy family based near Downham Market, with 2 children - a 8 month old baby and a 3 year old. We also have 2 small, friendly dog. Both parents work including regular London commutes, and we rely on good childcare support to keep thing running smoothly. We're an easy-going but organised household and value reliability, clear communication and a calm, practical approach.
My Requirements
We're looking to build a small pool of reliable backup childcare support to help cover gaps when our regular nanny is unavailable (e.g. annual leave, sickness or occasional ad hoc needs). This would suit some one flexible who is happy with: - short notice bookings (where possible), - covering full or half days depending on need. - supporting with baby care and general routines, - occasional toddler care when preschool is closed. - occasional nursery / school runs, - light child related household tasks (meals, todying toys etc)
Reliability is key for us. We completely understand thst flexibility works both ways, but we do need people that we can depend upon once booked, and who communicate clearly around availability.
We're ideally looking to build relationships with a couple of trusted people so we have consistent go-to support options when needed.
A full clean driving license is essential due to the rural location.
