My Requirements

At the moment my parents have been helping with drop offs and collections from school, and I have a flexible work arrangement which has allowed me to leave work early to collect the girls on a Thursday and Friday each week - the child arrangements have now changed and for both financial and personal reasons, I now need to increase my hours back up at work, and my parents have said that with them both retiring this year, they would prefer the flexibility to go away and not have to be relied upon for school runs.

The child arrangement which is now in place is rather confusing/complicated, and is not the same each week. On a week 1 (week beginning 7th September 2026 for example) I am in need of someone to drop the girls to school on Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays, and to collect them from school and look after them until I collect them on Wednesdays until 6pm and Thursday until 5pm. On a week 2 (week beginning 14th September 2026 for example) I am in need of someone to drop the girls to school on Thursdays & Fridays, and to collect them from school and look after them until I collect them on Wednesdays until 6pm and Thursdays & Fridays until 5pm.

I have input below all of the times where I will need this support, but not every week.

I also do have regular parents evenings and concerts, which might mean asked for them to be cared for a little later on those days.
