My Experience

I have extensive experience working with children of all ages (from 1 year old to teenagers) in various settings:
Scout Leader/Volunteer: As a member of the Scout Movement, I have worked with diverse groups of children, including those with special needs and disabilities. This experience taught me how to be patient, inclusive, and how to manage group dynamics safely.
Museum Educator/Entertainer: I worked in a museum where I was responsible for entertaining children through educational games and creative activities, ensuring they had a fun and engaging experience.
Voluntary Babysitting: I have participated in community volunteering projects, providing childcare for groups of children during events and local activities.
Family Experience: I have a younger brother (7 years younger than me) whom I have helped raise. This has given me practical, "hands-on" daily experience with everything from playtime to meal routines.

My Qualifications

High School Diploma in Human Sciences: My studies focused heavily on Psychology, Pedagogy, and Sociology, providing me with a strong understanding of child development, learning patterns, and educational psychology.
Multilingual: Native Italian speaker and fluent in English. I am happy to offer language exposure to children through play and conversation.

My Availability

I am looking for a part-time, live-out position. I am very flexible and currently available to work:
Weekdays: Monday to Friday (Mornings, afternoons, or after-school care).
Evenings: Perfect for "date night" babysitting.
Weekends: Full availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
I am looking for a schedule that allows me to support your family for several hours a day or on a flexible basis, but I am not looking for live-in positions at the moment.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

My standard rate starts from £12 per hour, but I am happy to discuss this based on the number of children, the specific requirements of the role, and the frequency of the sittings. For specialized care or last-minute emergency bookings, my rate may vary slightly. I am also open to discussing a fixed weekly rate for regular part-time positions.
