Experienced Nanny-Housekeeper (live-in) – Earl’s Court, London (SW5)

Our family consists of:

* One little girl, who will be around one year old when the role begins.

* Mum, who works as a clinician within the NHS whilst completing the final year of her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology.

* Dad, who works in finance and spends most of his time abroad for work.

The Role

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for young children whilst also helping keep a busy family home organised, clean and running smoothly.

Initially, the role will be part-time and may be live-out or live-in depending on the candidate.

From November 2026, we expect the role to become full-time and live-in, so applicants should ideally be open to this arrangement.

Responsibilities

* Loving care of our daughter.
* Planning activities, outings and play.
* Preparing healthy meals for our daughter and family.
* Daily housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, ironing and keeping the home organised.
* Grocery shopping and household errands.
* Using initiative to help the household run smoothly.
* Occasional evening babysitting.
* Approximately one weekend each month.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Experienced with babies and toddlers.
* Experienced as a nanny-housekeeper or in a similar role.
* Warm, reliable and trustworthy.
* Organised, proactive and able to use their own initiative.
* Happy balancing childcare with household responsibilities.
* Professional, discreet and respectful of privacy.
* Comfortable working independently and alongside a parent working from home.
* Able to provide excellent references and an Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one).

Paediatric First Aid is highly desirable.

Italian would be a lovely bonus given our family background, but it is not essential. French speakers are also very welcome.

We hope to find someone kind, dependable and easy to have around who enjoys helping family life run smoothly while respecting our family’s privacy and personal space.

Salary and package are competitive and dependent on experience.
