My Experience

I have worked at Osborne nursery as a nursery assistant supporting children through the early years. Responsibilities included creating a warm engaging environment through daily reading sessions, singing nursery rhymes, and encouraging early communication and social skills. Provided close supervision during play, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety while promoting exploration and confidence. Managed lunchtime routines supported positive behaviour in the playground and carried out essential care tasks such as nappy changing. Assisted staff during outdoor trips, helping children navigate new environments safely and calmly, with additional hours during special activities and outings.

Weekend and occasional weekday babysitter for two young children aged 6 months and 2 years. Provided full day care, including preparing meals, feeding, bathing, nappy changing, and settling children for naps.
