About Me
We're a warm, hands-on family with one little girl and two friendly dogs. We believe in raising a happy, confident and curious child, giving our nanny the opportunity to bring ideas, creativity and experience to the role. We love to travel, spending summers in Europe, winters skiing and enjoying adventures throughout the year.
My Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
* Has exceptional experience caring for children aged 1–3.
* Holds a recognised childcare qualification (Level 3 or above preferred).
* Has an excellent track record with one family and outstanding references.
* Is passionate about Montessori principles and child-led learning.
* Can confidently support developmental milestones and guide us.
* Is warm, energetic, proactive and highly organised.
* Loves planning engaging activities, outdoor adventures and healthy nutrition.
* Holds a full, clean driving licence.
* Enjoys travelling and embracing family adventures.
Nursery duties including healthy meal preparation, laundry, toy organisation and activity planning.
The role offers:
* 45 hours over 5 days.
* A mix of daytime and occasional evening shifts (maximum 9 working hours per day).
