About Me
I’m a healthcare professional working within the NHS and mum to my 2-year-old son. My son is a happy, affectionate little boy who enjoys playtime, music, and interactive activities.
He has Down syndrome, so I’m looking for someone who is patient, caring, and understanding, and who can support his development in a gentle and encouraging way. Experience with children with additional needs would be a bonus, but most importantly I’m looking for someone kind, reliable, and willing to learn.
We are a calm and loving home, and I’m hoping to find someone who will feel like a natural and supportive presence for my son.
My Requirements
I’m looking for a reliable, caring babysitter/nanny to help with my 2-year-old one weekend every six weeks from March 2027.
The hours would be approximately 6:30am–3:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday while I’m at work, with care taking place in our home.
I’m looking for someone who is experienced with toddlers, warm, patient and dependable. Experience with children with additional needs would be a bonus, although I’m also happy to consider someone who is confident, caring and willing to learn.
The role would involve normal toddler care.
Because of the early start, it’s important that 6:30am is genuinely workable for you.
A current DBS check, paediatric first aid and references would be preferred.
