Part Time Nanny Job In Shrewsbury
About Me
We live in a quiet residential close to town in the South West area of Shrewsbury. We enjoy spending time in nature, visiting farms, baking, crafting and enjoying the garden. We don’t have any pets.
I am looking for the right person to take care of my 7 year old daughter whilst I am at work. She is very well behaved and great company! She loves arts & crafts, baking, anything creative, playing at the park, singing and dancing.
I am easy going and relaxed, and would love for someone with a similar personality to step in and feel at ease in our home.
My Requirements
I am looking for an Ofsted registered nanny to work on a 2 week rota as follows;
~ Week 1 (13 hours)
Monday 17:30-21:15
Wednesday 17:30-21:15
Thursday 15:45-21:15
~ Week 2 (29.5 hours)
Monday 17:30-21:15
Wednesday 17:30-21:15
Thursday 15:45-21:15
Saturday 07:45-13:15
Sunday 07:45-13:15 & 15:45-21:15
Total hours over 2 weeks = 42.5 hours
Duties will include;
* Preparing simple meals
* Supporting with homework or quiet activities
* Arts & crafts/playing games
* Creating a safe, calm, and engaging environment
* Light tidying related to the child
* Bedtime routine
There is the possibility of a job share between 2 nannies.
I will cover Ofsted registration fees for the right person/people.
Requirements for Ofsted:
First Aid certificate
Childcare training
Public liability insurance
Enhanced DBS
A driver would be an advantage but not essential.
Hours & Pay
I offer guaranteed hours with consistent weekly pay, so you’ll always know what you’re earning. Even if we don’t need childcare on a particular day, you’ll still be paid in full for your scheduled hours—giving you security and stability.
