About Me
Hello, my name is Fatema, and I am an OFSTED-registered childminder based in Gantshill/Redbridge. I have over 15 years of experience in providing a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
I offer both indoor and outdoor activities to keep children engaged and happy. My home has a lovely garden where children can explore and enjoy fresh air. I also take advantage of the wonderful local amenities, including parks, libraries, and children’s centres, to provide enriching experiences.
I am committed to ensuring that every child in my care feels safe, valued, and encouraged to develop at their own pace. Whether it’s creative play, storytime, or outdoor adventures, I tailor activities to suit each child’s interests and developmental needs.

My Experience
Caring for children has always been a passion of mine. I have been looking after babies and children up to 10 years old for over a decade as an OFSTED-registered childminder, creating a home-from-home environment where they feel happy, safe, and valued.
Before becoming a childminder, I worked as a nursery school teacher where I gained valuable experience in early years education and child development. This role allowed me to support children’s learning, social skills, and independence, which I now incorporate into my childminding approach.
As a mother of three, I understand the importance of providing a loving and nurturing space where children can grow and thrive.
I believe communication with parents is key, so I provide daily updates about their child’s time with me. Whether it’s through messages, photos, or a quick chat at pick-up time, I make sure parents feel connected and informed about their little one’s activities, meals, and overall well-being.
Over the years, I have built lasting relationships with families, and I take great pride in the trust they place in me. Many parents have shared wonderful feedback about their children’s experiences in my care, and I’m happy to provide references upon request.
