Are you an experienced early years professional with a passion for creating inspiring learning environments? We’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Nursery Manager and Assistant Manager to lead our team and help shape the future of our children.

About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding. You’ll lead, motivate, and support a team of practitioners while building strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities;
1. Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
2. Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding early years education.
3. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
4. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance.
5. Build positive partnerships with parents and carers.
6. Ensure high standards of safeguarding and child protection.

What We’re Looking For
1. A recognised childcare qualification (Level 3 minimum; Level 5+ preferred).
2. Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a nursery setting.
3. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
5. A genuine passion for early childhood development.
