About Me
Hello!
We’re a friendly family living in a beautiful rural location and are looking for a warm, caring nanny to join our little team and help care for our baby boy.
Our son will be around five months old when childcare begins. He’s a happy, curious and energetic little boy who loves interaction and is becoming increasingly interested in the world around him.
My husband and I both work primarily from home, so while we’ll usually be around, we’re looking for someone who can take the lead during the day and provide dedicated care, play, stimulation and plenty of attention while we work.
We’re an outdoorsy family and love making the most of the countryside around us, whether that’s going for walks, spending time outside or enjoying nature. We also have a friendly dog and three cats, so our ideal nanny would be comfortable around animals.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who feels like an extension of our family. We’d love to find a kind, nurturing person who genuinely enjoys working with babies and helping them learn, grow and thrive.
My Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Experience caring for babies, ideally under 1 year old
* A warm, caring and nurturing personality
* Someone who enjoys engaging babies through play, interaction and developmental activities
* Confidence taking the lead with our son’s daytime routine, including feeds, naps and age-appropriate activities
* Reliability, good communication and a proactive approach
* Comfortable around pets (one dog and three cats)
* Happy to take our son out for walks and enjoy time outdoors
Hours
Ideally:
* Monday to Friday
* Approximately 9:00/9:30am to 4:00/4:30pm
However, we’re open to discussing alternative arrangements and flexible options for the right person, including splitting the week across multiple nannies if needed.
