My Summary

My Experience

I was a childminders assistant for 2 years helping to care for children ages 1-5 years old. I then went on to work as a full time nanny/housekeeper for a family for 3 years caring for their child from 2 years old until she started school. My last role was a EYA at a private nursery. I worked across all three rooms (babies, toddlers and preschool) but was mainly based in the toddler room. I then went on to have my own two children and now they are both a bit older and in school I am keen to get back in to childcare.

My Qualifications

I do not have any formal qualifications in childcare but 10+ years of experience and can provide reference letters and contact details from previous employers and families. I will be renewing my SSSC certification and my first aid training.

My Availability

I am available during school hours as I still have to take and collect my children from their primary school in Bruntsfield but could be flexible for the right position.

My Fees

• Nannying from £14.00 per hour (gross)

For childcare only I charge £14 an hour and for housekeeping/cleaning included I charge £17 an hour but this is negligible depending on your is circumstances.
