Part Time Nanny Job in Littlehampton
About Me
My name is Frankie and our daughter’s name is Sofia. I am starting a new job where I will be on the road 4 days a week and my husband is a chef which requires shift work. Due to the change in my work location (previously 100%) remote we are now in need of some additional childcare support outside of nursery hours. We currently have no family local enough to help hence looking on here.
Sofia is 20 months currently, a very loving little girl who loves to play, read books, and dance to music. She is always happy, but also knows her own mind too so there is a little sass sometimes.
My Requirements
Ad-hoc Wraparound Nanny Needed – Littlehampton (Early Mornings & Evenings)
We are looking for a reliable, caring and flexible nanny or childminder to help with wraparound care for our toddler on an ad-hoc basis in Littlehampton for approximately 3 months till end of July but could be ongoing.
What we need:
- Occasional early morning care from around 7:00am
- Nursery drop-off for 8:00am (Tuesday-Thursday)
- Nursery pick-up at 5:00pm (Tuesday-Thursday)
- Evening care when required (including preparing a simple tea and bedtime routine)
About the role:
- This will not be fixed days each week – we need someone who can help on an ad-hoc basis, sometimes at short notice at least 24hr notice given.
- Ideal for someone with a flexible schedule but can look to offer fortnightly schedule.
- We’re looking to build an ongoing relationship with someone we can call on when needed.
About our child:
- 20 month old little girl (details can be shared privately)
- Happy, energetic, and enjoys books and music
Requirements:
- Experience with young children
- Reliable and punctual (especially for early starts)
- Ofsted-registered or willing to provide references
- DBS checked
- Driving licence preferred however current nursery is in walking distance of our home.
Location: Littlehampton, BN17
Start: As soon as possible - needing from May 5th.
