My Experience
Professionally, I have been working as a nanny for the past two months. I am paediatric first-aid trained, and my DBS check is currently in progress. I am currently supporting a wonderful family on a part-time basis (two days per week) and am now seeking an additional position to complement my existing role.
Prior to this, I volunteered as a teaching assistant in a Year 1 class for a full academic year, working one day per week. In this role, I supported pupils with English language skills, including spelling, punctuation, and sentence construction, helping to build both confidence and strong foundational literacy.
I also organised and led hockey training sessions for Years 4 and 5 twice a week over a four-month period. This involved planning engaging drills, clearly communicating objectives, and encouraging teamwork and active participation.
My Qualifications
Paediatric first-aid trained, and DBS check currently in progress.
My Availability
I currently work with another family on Mondays and Thursdays from 15:00 during term time. This arrangement pauses over the summer holidays, meaning I am fully available from 17th July until early September.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
- Nannying from £14.00 per hour (gross)
