About Me
My husband and I are expecting our first baby in August 2026 and are starting to look ahead to childcare from around age 1, as I return to work, through to around age 3 before she transitions into nursery in preparation for school.
We’re a warm, family-focused household who love spending time together. We’re animal lovers at heart and share our home with two French Bulldogs, a cat, an axolotl, and some fish, so there’s never a dull moment! We enjoy getting out for walks with the dogs, especially when they can meet up with family pets and have a good play.
In our downtime, we love good food, great company, and spending quality time with our families. I work as a Marketing Manager in retail, and my husband works as a Manufacturing Operative in the tyre industry. We’re really looking forward to this next chapter and finding the right caring, supportive environment for our little one to grow and thrive.
My Requirements
As my husband works shifts and I will be in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday, we are looking for childcare on these days each week. While we originally thought my husband might be able to spend his days off during the week caring for our little one, after speaking with several childcare providers we’ve come to understand the importance of consistency and routine for young children.
With this in mind, we are looking for a caring, attentive and reliable childminder to look after our little girl for two days a week, ideally Tuesdays and Wednesdays, to help provide her with a stable and nurturing environment as she grows.
